2. The Nation Of Turkey in 2019
The nation of Turkey is showing opposition to Israel and is developing relationships with groups that are enemies to Israel. An article titled "Turkey Says Israel Becoming 'Racist, Apartheid Regime' With Annexation Plan"(Note 4) says
“ANKARA, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announcement of his intention to annex areas of the West Bank following next week's elections shows Israel is becoming a ‘racist, apartheid regime’, Turkey's foreign minister was quoted as saying on Sunday. Netanyahu said on Tuesday he would annex the Jordan Valley, a swathe of the occupied West Bank that Israel captured in 1967 and which Palestinians want as part of a future state. The move alarmed Middle Eastern nations, European powers and Arab foreign ministers. On Saturday, Turkey's foreign ministry said the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) would convene in Jeddah on Sunday to discuss Netanyahu's statement. Speaking in Jeddah, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Netanyahu's ‘embarrassing’ plan was a ‘despicable’ attempt to earn votes ahead of Tuesday's election, and criticised what he called a lack of reaction from other Muslim countries. ‘Israel, encouraged by the support of certain countries, is continuing its aggressive policies that are turning it into a racist, apartheid regime,’ Cavusoglu was quoted as saying by the state-run Anadolu news agency. ‘If the whole Muslim community had reacted together, the reckless plans, policies and behaviour of the United States and Israel would never have reached this point,’ Cavusoglu said . . . . Turkey and Israel, former allies, have long been at odds over Israel's policy towards the Palestinians and Jerusalem's status. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan called for a summit of the OIC twice last year after U.S. President Donald Trump decided to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital. Turkey and Israel also expelled each other's top diplomats last year during a dispute over clashes when dozens of Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces on the Gaza border. The two sides continue to trade with one another."
In another article titled "Turkey-Libya Deal Clamps Siege On Israel’s Marine Gas Fields"(Note 5) it says
“Turkey and Libya have signed a pact dividing control of the waters of the Mediterranean between them, a grab that virtually blockades the offshore gas and oil fields of Israel, Egypt, Cyprus and Greece. It also overrides those countries’ economic zones. Israel, deeply deadlocked in its efforts to form a government, has not reacted. DEBKAfile: The Turkish-Libyan siege overrides the Mediterranean rights of the littoral nations and sets up a major barrier against plans for laying pipelines to carry their gas and oil to their primary export markets in Europe. This crude action may be likened to China’s unilateral declaration of sovereignty over South China Sea islands.”
In another article titled "Hamas Leader Visits Ally in Turkey"(Note 6) it says
“Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh met with President Erdogan during his visit to Turkey this past week, his first foreign trip in three years. According to a report by Turkish state media Anadolu Agency, the meeting was closed to the press. Haniyeh also reportedly met with Hamas’s deputy leader and a founding member of the organization’s military wing Izz aDin al-Qassam Brigade, Saleh Arouri, who is currently wanted by the US government, and several other senior Hamas officials during his visit to Turkey. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has repeatedly expressed his support for the Palestinians, even recently hosting Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Palestinian organisation Hamas, which is regarded as a terrorist group by Israel and other states. London-based newspaper The Telegraph claimed in a Tuesday report that Hamas, designated as a terror group by Israel, US, UK and the European Union, is using Istanbul as a base to plot attacks against the Jewish state, citing transcripts from Israeli police interrogations. The report claimed that the Turkish government and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in particular, have offered the organisation a “safe harbour” in Istanbul and turned a blind eye to its activities, as Hamas is allegedly using Turkey’s largest city to direct operations in Jerusalem and the West Bank.”
Turkish opposition to Israel was prophesied in the book of Ezekiel. Ezekiel 39:1-2 says “1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:” Meshech and Tubal are modern day Turkey. In the future, Turkey and other nations will come against Israel in war.

Memory Verses
As Christians if we want to live in victory and if we want to be able to share the Word Of God with others we must know the Word of God ourselves. Let's see what the Bible says about this. "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." Psalm 119:11. "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7. "Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed." John 8:31. We encourage you to put the following scriptures in your heart: Romans 1:22, Ezekiel 14:21, Romans 10:18, Psalm 49:17, I Corinthians 7:23, Ecclesiastes 7:17, Acts 6:4, I Timothy 4:5, Ephesians 4:7, Jonah 1:15.
