Many Are Not Reading From The Holy Bible (Old King James Version Only)
(the following quote is from our book titled “Why Are So Many Christians Confused About Bible Prophecy?”)
The NIV has 64,098 less words than the KJV(1). Many verses in the KJV have been omitted entirely from the new versions. Others have been changed entirely or have been moved from the body of the scripture to mere footnotes. For those readers who are unaware of this, here are some examples comparing the King James Version of the Holy Bible (abbreviated as KJV) with the New International Version (NIV), the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) and the New Jerusalem Bible (NJB).
The first example is I John 5:7. This is an example of how the new versions have eliminated the three Persons of the Trinity.
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (KJV)
For there are three that testify. (NIV)
There are three that testify. (NRSV)
So there are three witnesses. (NJB)
The second example is Matthew 18:11. This is an example of how the new versions are eliminating scriptures.
For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. (KJV)
(This scripture is omitted from the body of text in the NIV. It is referenced in a footnote).
(This scripture is omitted from the body of text in the NRSV. It is referenced in a footnote).
(This scripture is omitted from the body of text in the NJB. It is referenced in a footnote).
The third example is Daniel 3:25. This scripture shows the Son of God, Jesus, delivering Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego from the fiery furnace. The other versions twist this scripture and blaspheme God.
He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. (KJV)
He said, "Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods." (NIV) (This is absolute blasphemy).
He replied, "But I see four men unbound, walking in the middle of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the fourth has the appearance of a god." (NRSV) (This is also absolute blasphemy).
"But", he went on, "I can see four men walking free in the heart of the fire and quite unharmed! And the fourth looks like a child of the gods!" (NJB) (This is also absolute blasphemy).
We don’t have the space to fully discuss this issue in this book. For more information on the subject, I encourage you to read a book by G.A. Riplinger titled "New Age Bible Versions" (copyright 1993, ISBN 0-9635845-0-2). This book shows how Satan has used these new versions to change the Word Of God, and how he is deceiving many Christians with these new versions as he deceived Eve from the beginning.
In closing, we will continue sharing a small excerpt from our book in the next newsletter.

Memory Verses
As Christians if we want to live in victory and if we want to be able to share the Word Of God with others we must know the Word of God ourselves. Let's see what the Bible says about this. "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." Psalm 119:11. "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7. "Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed." John 8:31. We encourage you to put the following scriptures in your heart: II Timothy 3:17, Hebrews 4:15, Acts 6:8, Lamentations 3:26, I Peter 2:22, Daniel 1:17, James 5:17, Isaiah 32:17, I John 5:14, II Corinthians 13:8. Use only the Old King James version of the Holy Bible. (If you have any questions about this please see the book New Age Bible Versions, by G.A. Riplinger ©1993, ISBN 0-9635845-0-2.)
