The One World Government Part III
"1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech..... 6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do." Genesis 11:1,6
This article shows the financial structure and trade structure of the One World Government. The One World Government has future plans to complete their goals.

1. Financial Structure
a) World Bank
The World Bank is one big part of the financial arm for the One World Government. Here is a summary of the basic facts on the World Bank. This is taken from their website:
Composed of five organizations: IBRD, IDA, IFC, MIGA and ICSID
Headquarters: Washington, DC & more than 100 country offices
Mission: " Our dream is a world free of poverty... "
Established: July 1, 1944 by a conference of 44 governments in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire
Membership: 184 countries
Staff: Around 7,000 employees in Washington and over 3,000 in the country offices
In a recent article we see the World Bank and the IMF meeting to discuss the rebuilding in Iraq. This article demonstrates the growing importance of the World Bank in international affairs. They have become a very important part in the rebuilding of Iraq. The article is titled "World Bank Chief Backs Iraq Estimates", subtitled "Wolfensohn: $75 Billion to Rebuild Probably Close"(Note 1). This article states
"DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- The head of the World Bank said Friday that recent U.S. estimates on the costs for reconstructing Iraq -- up to $75 billion over three years --- were probably close to the mark. But as financial barons gathered in this one-time desert outpost for the bank's annual meeting, bank President James Wolfensohn said he was waiting to hear from Iraqis themselves before releasing his institution's own assessment......Wolfensohn said he had read drafts of 14 reports being prepared by the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the United Nations ahead of next month's donors' conference in Spain......The World Bank and IMF meeting officially opens its first meeting in the Arab world on Tuesday. Today, finance ministers and central bankers from the Group of Eight leading economies kick off their one-day meeting with a special session with a delegation headed by Palestinian Finance Minister Salam Fayad, who met with Wolfensohn on Friday.......G8 ministers also were expected to push for more concerted action to choke off terror funds -- an issue of sensitivity here. A draft of the G8 final statement, seen by The Associated Press, pledged to redouble its own efforts to eliminate terror financing and "intensified... dialogue" with several other countries to prevent abuses of charities and the "hawala" fund-transfer system, common in the Muslim world, that sends money around the world with little documentation....."Growth, based on trade, I do think is the most powerful force against poverty, against social instability and against such elements as terrorism," IMF managing director Horst Kohler said."
For more detailed information about the World Bank see their web site at www.worldbank.org
b) International Monetary Fund or IMF
The IMF is the lending arm of the financial structure for the One World Government. Here is a summary of the basic facts on the IMF. This is taken from their website:
The International Monetary Fund-also known as the "IMF" or the "Fund"-was conceived at a United Nations conference convened in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, U.S. in July 1944. The 45 governments represented at that conference sought to build a framework for economic cooperation that would avoid a repetition of the disastrous economic policies that had contributed to the Great Depression of the 1930s.
Current Membership: 184 countries
Staff: approximately 2,680 from 141 countries
Total Quotas: $299 billion (as of 6/30/03)
Loans Outstanding: $107 billion to 56 countries, of which 38 are on concessional terms (as of 6/30/03)
Technical Assistance provided: 356 person years during FY2003
Surveillance Consultations concluded: 136 countries during FY2003, of which 96 voluntarily published their staff reports
Here are some of the responsibilities of the IMF:
Article I of the Articles of Agreement sets out the IMF's main responsibilities:
promoting international monetary cooperation;
facilitating the expansion and balanced growth of international trade;
promoting exchange stability;
assisting in the establishment of a multilateral system of payments; and
making its resources available (under adequate safeguards) to members experiencing balance of payments difficulties.
In Proverbs 22:7 it says "The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." The IMF is lending money to countries, which many of them are not able to re-pay. When they default on their loans, the IMF's lending agreement is requiring the countries to change to meet the goals of a One World Government.
In a recent article titled "IMF Prepares Another Loan for Troubled Argentina", subtitled "Money Would Help Buenos Aires Keep Ailing Economy Afloat Until Next Presidential Elections"(Note 2) states
"More than a year after cutting off its lending to Argentina, the International Monetary Fund is poised to grant a 'transitional' loan to the country, a move that is generating intense controversy because part of the motivation is to stave off a threatened default by Buenos Aires on its obligations to IMF and other official institutions....Argentine officials have been warning that in the absence of an IMF deal they would refuse to make either the IMF payment or another $1 billion owed this week to the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank. But one high-ranking official said the country will pay 'if we think there is enough evidence' that the IMF agreement is certain to be finalized.... 'Both sides realize they have a lot to lose' by failing to strike a deal, said Kristin Forbes, a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and former official in the Bush administration's Treasury Department. But at the same time, 'to just give more money, even if there's a low chance that Argentina will do what is needed to recover, is hard to justify.'"

2. Trade Structure
The World Trade Organization or WTO is the trading structure for One World Government. Here is a summary of the basic facts on the WTO. This is taken from their website:
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Established: 1 January 1995
Created by: Uruguay Round negotiations (1986-94)
Membership: 146 countries (as of 4 April 2003)
Budget: 154 million Swiss francs for 2003
Secretariat staff: 550
Head: Supachai Panitchpakdi (director-general)
Here are some of the responsibilities of the WTO:
Administering WTO trade agreements
Forum for trade negotiations
Handling trade disputes
Monitoring national trade policies
Technical assistance and training for developing countries
Cooperation with other international organizations
In a recent article we are seeing the financial and trade structure of the One World Government working together. In an article titled "IMF, World Bank Join Forces with WTO"(Note 3) states
"WASHINGTON - Attempts by global financial institutions to synchronize their policies on developing nations threaten to further entrench a one-sided approach to development, fuel instability and widen the gap between the world's rich and poor, watchdog organizations warned Monday. The alarm comes only a day before two of the world's major wardens of the global economy, the Washington-based World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) were to meet in Switzerland with the Geneva-based World Trade Organization (WTO) to develop a common approach to world economic policies called the 'coherence agenda'....Under the new distributions of roles to be discussed Tuesday, the IMF and the Bank would help ease the way for full liberalization of trade by offering ''technical and financial support''. The Washington-based organizations would 'assist' developing nations to manage lower revenues because of reduced tariffs, withstand a period in which their trade preferences in industrialized nations are eliminated, secure funds to support increased trade and, finally, help create export oriented economies. The IMF and the Bank would also raise the profile of trade in borrowing countries' Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSP) and Country Assistance Strategies (CAS), documents developed with the support of the two lenders that function as borrowers' economic roadmaps. In return, the IMF and World Bank will receive observer status in the trade negotiations committee, which handles individual negotiating issues at the WTO and its subsidiary bodies, coupled with a role at the WTO secretariat, a body often accused of bias on disputes between rich and poor countries............ Cooperation between the three bodies is not new. The WTO director general often attends meetings of the IMFC - the assembly of the IMF and Bank governors - and of the development committee, the senior decision making body of the institutions.......The IMF and the World Bank have also been paying greater attention to trade issues in the past few years, both in the course of their regular country work and research papers. Documents have been flooding out of the two organizations in support of ''free'' trade. In 2002, they issued a joint staff paper on "Market Access for Developing Countries' Exports", which examined patterns and costs of restrictions and distortions on developing countries' exports."
We are also seeing the WTO using its authority on our President on steel trade. In an article titled "U.S. Loses WTO Steel Appeal"(Note 4) states
"The World Trade Organization handed President Bush a stinging defeat Monday, ruling that steel tariffs he ordered 20 months ago are illegal and setting the stage for retaliation by the European Union and Japan.......The ruling by a WTO appeals panel affirms a decision the Geneva-based arbiter of trade disputes reached in July. The panel said the United States has been unable to prove economic hardship from cheaper foreign steel. Representatives of the EU and Japan said they would impose up to $2.3 billion in sanctions on U.S. products including tobacco, fruit juices and frozen peas as soon as next month, unless Bush relents.....The three-year tariffs on imported steel range up to 30 percent. Bush acted to protect domestic steel producers, giving the industry time to restructure and shrink. But the duties also gave the producers cover for price increases, thus increasing costs for a range of steel consuming industries, such as the appliance and auto industries. Timothy Gleason, president of Olson International Ltd., said the tariffs have increased costs he's had to pay on the spot market by 40 percent to 60 percent. With 160 employees, his Lombard company produces parts for seat belts and air bags. 'I'm hoping that the president will lift the tariffs. I think the WTO will give him an out for doing that,' Gleason said. He said steel producers have gone through consolidation and no longer need special help." We see from this article how this ruling from the WTO and the sanctions if imposed could hurt our U.S. economy.

3. Future Plans
The future goals for the One World Government were stated in an document titled "The Federation of Global Nation, Basic Policies, A One World Federation Government"(Note 5). Their goals were summarized as follows:
Accountability, Universal Security and Defense Forces, Unified civil and criminal law, No Death penalty, Universal Taxation, Global health services and Medicare System, Standardized education and Higher Education, A Global Currency, Oil and fossil fuels, Freedom of Movement, Environmental Controls and Alternative Energies and Natural Disasters. I have attached the article to this newsletter so you can see it for yourself and share the truth with as many as will listen.
I would like to discuss a few of the goals.
Universal Security and Defense Forces says
"The Federation will absorb all defense and security forces from all the Regional Governments and bind them into one Imperial Force." We see from the scriptures in Revelation 6 and Revelation 13 how no military will be able to beat the antichrist. In Revelation 6:2 it says "And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." In Revelation 13:4 it says "And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?"
Unified civil and criminal law says "Under universal law, no matter where you go to in the world you will know what's legal and what isn't." Can you see where this is going? If you are a Christian and believe in the Holy Bible that 's a hate crime. These laws will bring persecution on true Christians who love Jesus Christ and follow His word.
No Death penalty says "There will be no death penalty in the federation." We are seeing this in the European Union, all over the world and even in America even though our laws require the death penalty, the person is sentenced to life in prison.
Universal Taxation says "Under the federation there will be a standard across board taxation system." Did someone say flat tax? They have recently incorporated a flat tax in Iraq. We are seeing a push in America for a flat tax. The One World Government needs taxation to fund World Government.
Global health services and Medicare System says "A Federation Medicare System shall be installed to provide comprehensive health care to all citizens." Notice the push in our government for socialized medicine which would make our health system like Canada and other countries who now fly to America to receive medical services.
Standardized Education and Higher Education says "Your degree in one country will be the same as in another." The Bible shows us how Christian parents should raise their children. In Proverbs 22:6 it says "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." The devil which is a counterfeit is using education to shape the morals of children all over the world to accept world government.
A Global Currency says "A Federation controlled one-world currency would eliminate currency speculation and the massive problems associated with countries taking advantage of other with weaker exchange rates."
In a recent article titled "Does the Global Economy Need a Global Currency?"(Note 6) states
"SANTA COLOMBA, Italy--At this rural crossroads a short cab ride outside Siena's medieval gates, the question of the day is: 'Does the Global Economy Need a Global Currency?' 'Yes,' declares former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, adding that the 15 or so onlookers here are maybe half the people in the world willing to entertain the question seriously. They include former Israeli central bank head Jacob Frenkel, former Argentine Finance Minister Domingo Cavallo and currency-board champion Steve Hanke. They've been gathered by Nobel Prize economist Robert Mundell for his 10th Santa Colomba Conference. The first conference was held in 1971, three weeks after President Nixon's Aug. 15 announcement severing the link between the dollar and gold and breaking up the Bretton Woods international monetary system....... Mundell ideas motivated both the Reagan administration economic policies in the U.S. And if the euro can replace the franc, mark and lira, why can't a new world currency merge the dollar, euro and yen? The euro's recent recovery against the dollar almost certainly establishes its credibility as a permanent currency. While major eurozone economies remain troubled, practically no one so far is blaming the European Central Bank. This suggests success for the grandest reform of all, a supra-national central bank. The ECB Executive Board and Governing Council could yet become political targets, of course, especially if much-discussed deflation actually sets in. But even with strikes in Germany and France, few politicians seek a way out in a little more inflation or currency depreciation; few complain about the loss of 'monetary sovereignty.' World money, with a world central bank, seems a next logical step." We see from this article from The Wall Street Journal that the world is moving toward the goal of a world currency with a world central bank.
Oil and fossil fuels says "One of the greatest problems associated with poverty and war in this world is the manipulation of the oil fields and other natural resources." We see the importance of oil in the Bible. In Revelation 6:5-6 it says " 5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. 6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine."
In closing, as we see these future plans being fulfilled let us share and warn the people and try to reach as many people to get saved and baptized in the Holy Ghost. We must encourage them to live a victorious life in Jesus Christ.

Memory Verses
As Christians if we want to live in victory and if we want to be able to share the Word Of God with others we must know the Word of God ourselves. Let's see what the Bible says about this. "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." Psalm 119:11. " If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7. "Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed." John 8:31. We encourage you to put the following scriptures in your heart: I Kings 22:7, II Timothy 2:22, Jonah 2:9, Luke 21:3, Genesis 2:20, Acts 10:38, Hebrews 13:2, Psalm 42:1, Amos 5:6, Philemon 1:16.Use only the Old King James version of the Holy Bible.
